Andy Preston
Andy has over 35 years of experience in the aircraft engineering maintenance, repair and overhaul sector. He is a Senior Aerospace Management professional who is passionate about providing high quality, successful and profitable aerospace engineering solutions across the global arena. Leveraging his extensive technical, operational and business management skills and experience, Andy has a proven track record in establishing, developing and managing world-class MRO facilities and operations.
Andy graduated from the BBC as Broadcast Engineer in 1985 and is also a CAA (EASA) Licenced Aircraft Maintenance Engineer. He also has valuable skills and experience in specific areas such as aircraft gas turbine engineering, business process optimisation, change management and continuous improvement, project management, sales and new business development, and quality / safety compliance and HS&E management.

Geoff Preston
Geoff has over 40 years of experience in the aircraft engineering maintenance, repair and overhaul sector. He is a Senior Aerospace Executive and has successfully overseen many business start-up and transformation projects for established aircraft, engine and component MRO organisations globally over the past four decades. In completing these achievements Geoff has also worked closely with some of the major engine OEM's such as GE, Pratt & Whitney and Rolls-Royce.
Geoff began his career in the airline engineering sector of the industry and is also a Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer. Over the subsequent years he has gained an extensive amount of experience, and developed a comprehensive level of relevant skills in operational and business management to become an astute, successful and multi-faceted company executive.
